Ms. Mitchell is responsible for managing and directing the activities and personnel of the Consulting and Support services Teams. Together with her experienced Taleo team, she administers unparalleled services delivery excellence to Oracle customers.

Background

Sonya MitchellMs. Mitchell began her career in retail before moving into the consulting arena. While working for Blockbuster Inc., she gained experience with operations, general HR practices, talent acquisition, systems implementation and project management. Ms. Mitchell implemented the hourly applicant tracking system in 5,000+ store locations, and was responsible for managing and maintaining talent acquisition systems and business processes for both the Corporate and Field organizations. After 12 years in retail, she joined the Taleo Corporation to implement Taleo software for various clients. Ms. Mitchell delivered project management and consulting services for 9 years to a multitude of domestic and global clients in many different industries. After the Oracle acquisition of the Taleo Corporation, she left to join Acuity Cloud Solutions.
