Life gets busy. We can take an outsiders’ look into your use of your HCM software and find ways to optimize. With updates to business processes, it’s important to remember to update your technology processes, as well. This will help reduce extra steps, improve the user experience and increase compliance. We’ll provide best practices and tips for configuration to save time, ways to move to a ‘paperless’ system, and ways to set up or rework workflows for efficiency.

Here’s how we do it.

We have a simple 5-step process for health check success.

Introductory Call

We’ll introduce our team and methodology, get to know you and any known issues with your system, and learn about your goals.

Partnership Agreement

A Statement of Work will be shared with you to review and sign. Once it’s signed, we’ll also request a temporary log-on to your system for access to conduct the assessment.

Assessment

We ask for your help in completing an initial configuration questionnaire. We’ll then use the information provided to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of your system (remotely) by assessing each section of your system. Acuity will also check in with you and/or other key stakeholders with a Discovery Call to walk through your business processes. This helps us understand your way of doing business so we can share our recommendations and best practices that make sense for your workflow and you can fully utilize functionality to meet your unique needs.

Findings

Once we finish our assessment, we’ll work with you to schedule a call to share our findings and review our recommendations. You’ll also receive a comprehensive report listing the findings, suggestions, and best practices to optimize your platform to the highest potential.

We’re Done!

You have our report and you make the decision on next steps in implementing recommendations – or not. You’re under no obligation to move forward, however, we’re happy to continue our partnership to support your optimizations and success.
